How did I come to create EKIPOZ ?

Having worked for more than twenty years in the business of health and HR, I have noticed the impossibility of balance at work.

I have been able to measure the incompleteness of a health approach that does not cover the entire health system, often putting well-being aside.

I was surprised by situations of instability such as the lack of balance between economic or social choices, instability in teams, or between professional and personal life etc. 

Balance is a pillar and a trajectory that guarantees the Good Health of our actions, of our companies, and ourselves. Let’s try to take car of it
