In reality, it is often difficult for both co-workers and companies to boost health and quality of work life (QWL) with innovative solutions. We are offering 1H30 long video-conference workshops which can be done collectively. The goals and themes of those workshops are defined according to a preliminary diagnosis of your organization but also your work groups as well as your constraints and needs.
Depending on those goals, groups and people, Ekipoz can create personalized recommendations in health prevention and give you and your teams adapted stress management techniques such as : cardiac coherence, relaxation, Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), sophrology… Ekipoz also wishes to help you reach your health and wellbeing goals with interventions through webinars, but also online events and conferences to support the health and well-being of your co-workers.

The Ekipoz workshops opened our eyes to a more global approach, not only centered on our company, but also taking into account the current difficulties of our organization, of respecting orders. It is difficult especially for managers who are on the front line to remain calm in such stressful situations. I was struck by the fact that simple solutions were found within the teams, and then the supportive framework established by Ekipoz. The advice and the “Eki-pauses*” from the app allowed us to go through a transition period with full serenity !
*”Eki-pauses” : French term used to define pauses, or breaks. The prefix “Eki” in french means both “balance” and “team”. The suffix “pauses” is transparent and refers to a moment one might take to have a break at work or at home, in their personal lives. Thus “Eki-pauses” are breaks that help balance, and can be done collectively or individually.
